At Wilkinson Sword, we want you to be completely satisfied with your shaving and grooming experience; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused items in their original Wilkinson Sword packaging, ensuring all blades and accessories are safely enclosed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
